Programa Incentivo Fiscal - Abate de Veículo em Fim de Vida Tax Incentive Program - slaughter of at End of Life Vehicle
Desde há alguns anos atrás que o estado oferece um desconto no Imposto Sobre Veículos (ISV) de um veículo novo, sempre que o proprietário entregue um automóvel antigo, com mais de 10 anos para abate. Este desconto é denominado de "Programa de Incentivo Fiscal ao Abate de Veículos em Fim de Vida". This discount is called the "Tax Incentive Program for the slaughter of vehicles on End of Life."
Actualmente este desconto é de 1000€ para veículos com mais de 10 anos, e de 1250€ para veículos com mais de 15 anos. Currently this discount is € 1,000 for vehicles over 10 years, and € 1,250 for vehicles over 15 years.
O carro adquirido terá de ficar obrigatoriamente no nome do proprietário do veículo entregue para abate. The car has to be compulsorily acquired in the name of the owner of the vehicle delivered for slaughter.
O veículo entregue para abate deverá satisfazer um conjunto de condições, para que o incentivo seja possível: The vehicle delivered for slaughter must meet a set of conditions so that the incentive is possible:
- Ser um veículo ligeiro com mais de 10 anos de matrícula Being a light vehicle with more than 10 years of registration
- Estar registado em nome do comprador há pelo menos 6 meses. Be registered on behalf of the buyer for at least 6 months.
- Estar livre de quaisquer ónus ou encargos (o veículo não pode estar envolvido em nenhum processo jurídico, ou algo que impossibilite o seu abate) Being free from any burden or cost (the vehicle can not be involved in any legal process, or something preventing the slaughter)
- Circular pelos próprios meios, ou no caso de já não conseguir circular, tem de possuir todos os seus componentes essenciais. Circular by the media, or if you already can not move, you must have all their key components.
O automóvel a abater poderá ser entregue em qualquer um dos centros autorizados, por exemplo, os centro da Rede VALORCAR . The car to be killed can be delivered on any of the centers authorized, for example, the center of the Network VALORCAR.
Após a entrega do carro, e depois de verificadas todas as condições, o centro entregar-lhe-á um Certificado de Destruição que deverá apresentar ao concessionário onde comprar o seu novo veículo. Este certificado deverá depois ser remetido em conjunto com mais alguns documentos para a Direcção-Geral das Alfândegas e dos Impostos Especiais Sobre o Consumo (DGAIEC). Os documentos a anexar ao Certificado de Destruição são os seguintes: The documents attached to the Certificate of Destruction are:
- Requerimento de concessão ao Incentivo ( download ) Application for grant to the Incentive (download)
- Fotocópia dos documentos do veículo abatido (Livrete e Título de registo de propriedade) Photocopy of documents of the vehicle shot (book title and registration of property)
- Fotocópia do Bilhete de Identidade do Proprietário Photocopy of Identity Card of the Owner
- Fotocópia do Cartão de Contribuinte do Proprietário Photocopy of the card owner's Taxpayer
- Certidão que comprove que o veículo destruído não tem ónus ou encargos (passada pela Conservatória do Registo Automóvel) Certificate attesting that the vehicle is not destroyed or burden charges (issued by the Company Register Car)
- Certidão de que o proprietário não tem dívidas à Segurança Social Certificate that the owner has no debts to the Social Security
- Factura pró-forma relativa ao veículo novo (concessionário do veículo adquirido) Pro forma invoice for the new vehicle (dealer purchased the vehicle)
- Procuração (caso não seja o proprietário a proceder à tramitação do processo) Attorney (if not the owner to make the conduct of the proceedings)
- Pacto Social (se for uma empresa) Social Pact (if a company)
Existem várias marcas de automóveis que o ajudarão a efectuar todo este processo, pelo que apenas necessitará de fornecer os documentos, a própria entrega do veículo é efectuada pelo concessionário onde comprar o seu novo veículo.
